HVS Technologies provides custom software packages for a variety of Microwave Applications depending on the specific requirements of the customer. Some of the basic software packages are:

HVS Free Space TRL Calibration System:

HVS offers a standard software system which implements the Free Space TRL Calibration on the Hewlett-Packard 8510 series vector network analyzers. This software controls the network analyzer through the general purpose interface bus (GPIB) and relevant device interface drivers.

Electromagnetic Property Computation Modules:

HVS can provide modules to compute the following material constitutive parameters and other electromagnetic properties from the measured S-parameters:

Multilayer Scattering Analysis Software:

This software computes the scattering parameters for a multilayer planar structure consisting of isotropic, anisotropic, and impedance layers as a function of both frequency and incidence angle. The structure can be metal-backed and the polarization can be specified by the user. Linear and Surface Plot routines are integrated into the computation module

Sheet Resistivity Calculation Software:

Sheet resistivity computation software is available to compute the surface resistivity of highly conductive films on flat or curved dielectric substrates.

Other Software Products:

In addition to the above, HVS offers custom software for more specialized applications for computing other electromagnetic properties or integrating motion and temperature control with network analyzer control and data acquisition. Custom software will be developed for any network analyzer (PNA E8362B, E8363B, E8364B, E8361A, HP8510, HP8722, HP8714, etc.)
